Summer PSAT/SAT Booster Camp

The focus of the camp is to support student growth in the areas of testing strategies, testing stamina, and score enhancement. Students will also develop an ongoing study plan, explore types of colleges, and create a resume.  

Registration Information

The registration information is provided on the flier below. It will also be available at all middle schools and high schools.  

• Date:  Monday, 6/10 through Thursday, 6/13
• Times:  9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Location:  Richland High School; 501 Holiday Lane; North Richland Hills, TX 76180
• Attendees:  Camp is open to all rising 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students who attend a Â鶹¹ÙÍø High School or Collegiate Academy.
• Cost:  Registration cost is $100 and ends on Tuesday, April 30th.
• Description:  The focus of the camp is to support student growth in the areas of testing strategies, testing stamina, and score enhancement.  Students will also develop an ongoing study plan, explore types of colleges, and create a resume.  
• The participant number will be capped at 40 students.
• There will also be a free, self-paced Canvas Course available for students who are unable to attend the in-person camp.

There is also a free PSAT Booster Canvas Course for Birdville ISD students to enroll in. The course has the same content as the in-person Summer PSAT Booster Camp. 

The course will assist students in increasing their PSAT scores, which could translate to a higher SAT score. Maximizing student's SAT scores has many benefits including acceptance to college, scholarships, and one pathway to earning a CCMR (College, Career, and Military Readiness) point.
