      2024 GALA TICKETS

    TICKET SALES ARE APRIL 8-19

    • Campuses/Teachers of the Year are limited to one table of 10 attendees.
    • The first four tickets are provided to your campus principal as part of the Campus Donation to the Gala. 
      (Typically, two of these tickets are given to the Teacher of the Year, and the remaining two tickets are used at the principal's discretion.)
    • Six (6) additional tickets for each Teacher of the Year/campus are available for purchase. 
    • You may invite family and friends to purchase these additional tickets to the event, so long as the 10-ticket maximum is not exceeded. (A digital version of the Gala invitation will be emailed to you for use in sending to others.)

      The Gala Committee works hard to generate donations from our community to minimize the cost of this event so that friends and family have the opportunity to attend and support you.
      Ticket price will be posted before sales begin.    

     


    IN-DISTRICT (CAMPUS/DEPARTMENT) PURCHASES

    Send your Interdepartment Transfer form (with Paying Department section completed)
    and the name for each ticket being purchased to
    Abigail Juarez Orona (abigail.juarezorona@birdvilleschools.net)
    in the Communications Department.

    Communications will complete the Receiving Department section
    of the form and forward it to Accounting.
      A copy of the completed form will be forwarded to you for your records.

    **Please notify the Communications Department or any
    special seating needs (e.g., wheelchairs), when ordering tickets**
     

    Tickets will be distributed to campuses/departments
    the week of April 22, 2024.

     Guest names for each ticket must be provided at time of purchase.
    *NOTE: There is a 4.3% transaction fee on all credit card purchases.
    No Ticket orders will be accepted prior to April 8!
