The International Club of Richland High School is a mentor group of community leaders and Â鶹¹ÙÍø staff members whose mission is to strengthen relationships among students of all ethnic  backgrounds and to enhance educational opportunities for all students by overcoming cultural differences that sometimes create obstacles for fulfilling academic potential.

Goals

The organization will achieve its mission by using a mentor group of community and district leaders who will provide:

·        services and resources to encourage academic achievement, to increase self-awareness, and to build self-esteem;

·        leadership through relationship building and mentoring;

·        direction in developing long and short range goals;

·        opportunities to celebrate the diversity of cultures and customs among the Richland High School student body; and guidance for enhancing educational, economic, and career opportunities.
