This is the presentation that I did at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø district professional development for high school math teachers on assessment writing.  All of the content within this presentation is based on the research work of Margaret Kilgo, and also references Understanding by Design by Wiggins and McTighe and the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) model for English Language Learners.
