• exclamation markIf a student damages or loses a device after receiving their first-time free-of-charge replacement, the student (student's parent/guardian) must pay a replacement/repair fee to receive a REPLACEMENT device.

     

    Please follow these instructions to apply and pay for a REPLACEMENT device:

    1. Visit the Â鶹¹ÙÍø RevTrak online Web Store at the following link:  

    2. Click LOGIN in the top right menu bar.

    Click CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT if you have never logged into Â鶹¹ÙÍø RevTrak online Web Store and follow the prompts.

    Type in your email and password if you already have a Â鶹¹ÙÍø RevTrak account.

    3. Click on Student Chromebooks

     4. Select the option from the left-hand menu that applies to the type of replacement needed. NOTE: Chromebooks and chargers are separate items.

    Additionally, there are items for economically disadvantaged households:

    5. Enter the student's Last Name and ID Number to verify the correct recipient. Complete the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Campus & Guardian Name fields and then select Add to Cart and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.  

    NOTE: A $1 service fee will be applied to the final total.

    PLEASE NOTEA receipt will be emailed to the address you used to create your account. Please print, email, or take a screenshot and have the student bring it to their campus to facilitate the process of confirming the payment and receiving a replacement device.
