Request for a Refund/Transfer
FYI: Student account balances will automatically carry over to the next school year.
Refunds are available for the remaining balance in your student's lunch account.

The following information is needed to process the refund or transfer funds.
- Student First and Last Name
- Student School
- Student DOB
- Guardian First and Last Name
- Guardian mailing address
- Phone Number
Birdville ISD Child Nutrition Department offers quality meals (breakfast and lunch) and are available to all students that are appetizing and nutritious.
Parents can start to add money to their students accounts on July 1, 2023 thru our online payment system.
